The problem is thats a non working number!...kinda funny, but not really.

well i dont want to rant about how i left Verizon Wireless years ago because of their customer service....but...here i am with my first call in to them about not being able to connect and the person has NO clue about anything.

Basicly i was told order pending means the system hasnt updated itself yet..theirs not mine..and that happens in the morning..now, my time.  I explained this order was placed yesterday.  They were unable to find any information about my order, even by giving them the phone number i was assigned.  Basicly she said call back....lol. Oh well.

Could be that your modem cable/connector is loose and is not making full contact.
