Strange keyboard/backlight problem on oqo e2

Hi all,
I got a oqo e2, 1.6 Ghz, 120 Gb, xp pro last November from Expansys.
My problem is keyboard related; after about 1 hour of use, the backlight keyboard starts blinking and the keyboard is unusable for a while. When the backlight stops blinking (sometimes have to wait till 10 min) the keyboard works again.
Already tried the bios related way as described in the forum support and all kind of setting (fan speed, disable backlight sensor, etc) and I’m a bit worried have to return the unit (I travel a lot, always with oqo).
Already downloaded latest oqo manager and bios, but no way.
Any help?

It seems a very uncommon problem.
Anyway here it's a link of a video that explain better.
