A quote from the Australian Expansys web site

"Notify OQO directly about any fault / technical issue by sending an email to global-support@oqo.com (note: English language only).

eXpansys will no longer manage OQO devices returns."


I think this is not correct.  Expansys Australia need to correct this misinformation.

Interesting. Maybe OQO plan to set up a repair centre closer to home (Australia). If that's the case, then it's probably a good idea in my opinion as the devices can be sent directly to OQO which would hopefully speed up the repair process.
