Hello,
I have send my OQO End of January to make the Repair.
5 weeks ago I was told that my OQO in this time will be ready.
But until now I have no answer or otherwise preserved.
Dan had tried to contact the Repair Center to build and have tried to write an email but returned as undeliverable comb.
Can someone help me please I Will my OQO again?

Please Help.

Yes I have read.
What happens with my OQO, but I've submitted and with the repair that I have paid?
Will I not be both? Huh
This is terrible!

From what people are saying you should eventually receive your OQO back, but most likely unrepaired.

This is sometimes a better message. Only what happens with the money I paid to repair it?

Gone... I guess you could line up with the other people and businesses that will be seeking money but my bet is your chances of getting more than pennies on the dollar are slim.

I have 99 $ +396 $ with the € 12 charge paid for the repair.
The repair was always delayed, and now I get OQO when I actually still get broken back and the money for the repair, I gave you gift, or better said, I have paid so that my OQO since January in San Francisco on vacation can be.
I think that's not okay!
Because if I have to pay in advance, then the repair should also be made.
In contact with OQO to appear is no longer possible because the e-mails always come back and nobody is on the phone.
I think the fig simply cancel any contact, and nothing more to be heard by the molto "luck anyway but thanks for the money."
No chance in contact with OQO to appear, no status message, no one knows where my OQO is.
Nothing.
Only bad news.

Picasso, I'd appreciate any information you could share regarding my out-of-warranty OQO (RMA# R10630).

I'm in a slightly better situation than tomatos666. I've only paid the $99 diagnostic fee upfront, but haven't gotten my OQO back yet.

Given a choice, I'd rather someone holds on to my OQO in the US while 3rd party repair options are explored, versus having the unrepaired unit shipped all the way back to me in Asia. Thanks.

Just to be clear I can't check on them my self. I don't want to give you any extra hope by asking to post RMA numbers. But I know people are reading these forums who have been sending the units back out.

Hi Picasso, my RMA R10504, the serial number is 02328170*** and they've had it since late January.  Any information will be appreciated.  It was either the mainbord, fan or hard drive that bricked this device.
