i haven't heard anything either from the repair center since february 2009

my RAM # R10489

should we have any hope? i have been advised that if the company has declared bankruptcy, i should file a claim as a creditor with the attorney general office of the state in which the company had run its business... has anybody done this?

I did get a reply that they have my OQO but now with no one replied to my emails?

I got through but no reply. I think my OQO is with them too since OQO supposedly shipped back all unrepaired units from their (previous) SF office. What the heck is going on here? Are they holding onto my OQO as hostage or something? It's seriously unreal.

Hello,
I have news!
On Monday I have receive a email from Teleplan that they have sent my OQO.
I thought to myself but as long as I do not think in my hands I do not think
Today is a package arrived.
My OQO! Shocked Shocked Shocked
I can not believe it.
The display was repaired.
Could my OQO but not yet tested.
I have the battery and the powersupply not here.
But tomorow i can test the OQO!

I've recently expressed to Teleplan, in no uncertain terms (you would expect no less of me) my displeasure at their action in this mess, in holding our OQOs ransom.

I've emailed Cherie whatsherface on several occasions. Made a bit of a nuisance of myself I daresay.

I reckon that Teleplan has realised that they cannot get out of repairing units accepted for warranty repair before OQO folded and decided to bite the bullet and take their place in the creditors queue.

Hopefully we should all get our units back repaired shortly.

Finally got a response from Norbert of Teleplan and my out-of-warranty repair is under way. Not sure whether it's Dynamism who got through to them to my e-mails to Cherie.

Does that mean that they're repairing your unit free of cost?  If so that's great!

Warrentech sends the check to Teleplan if you have a warranty. It worked fine for me.
