Looks like it can be streamed but not downloaded.  May need a special video capture program to actually download and save it.

Yes. Someone could tell you.

But you wouldn't learn anything that way.

You should start by reading about how your browser cache saves videos.

Nope, nothing special other than FireFox & VLC, both of which I recommend that everyone should have.

Your right (in this case at least). I used to do that all the time in Win98/IE6.  Just search the Temporary Internet Files for *.flv files.  With Vista/IE7 it seemed to work less often (like the web sites wised up and made them harder if not impossible to find) so I started to give up on that approach.  But in the case brought up by the OP it was right there in the IE7 TIF folder (no need to convert it either)! Thanks.

BTW it may be necessary to have an FLV player.  I installed an earlier version of this one: http://www.martijndevisser.com/blog/flv-player/ .

Thanks heaps ZaneSmurf and RonC - I got it now. I was a bit confused because normally Real Player allows me to download it but it wouldn't this time for some reason.

Thanks again.

(EDITED)
BTW it may be necessary to have an FLV player.  I installed an earlier version of this one: http://www.martijndevisser.com/blog/flv-player/ .
VLC does play .flv & .swf

as well as:
MPEG 1/2/3/4/5/6
DIVX
AVI
WMV
Real
Raw DV
H.261/3/i/4
...and nearly every other audio/video you throw at it.
