Hi all

I thought the OQO was done and dusted. Just watched the latest episode of Lies on TV and they are using OQO model 2.

So annoying...

I think so. Is that the one where all the people are stuck in that cube and have to find their way out?

was catching up on 24 the other week before season 8 started here in the uk,cant remember the episode, too many, one of jonas hodges assasins had an oqo o2 with a plan of the hospital vent system in it so he could access the room to do the squealer in and frame jack, thought jack should have nicked his rucksack when he managed to catch up with the assasin later on,instead of pinching his gun.

I describe it to others as a DROID ON STEROIDS.  It looks like the new 'droid' phone, larger, waaaay better, and oqo's a real computer!

Find it so weird that manufacturers are so out of touch when it comes to what people want. What does it take for someone to come up with the same form factor as the OQO. Even the TV makers understand the need for something as small as the OQO.

In the show Chuck Season 1 episode one Bryce Larkin uses a model 01 on a mission to secure CIA secrets.

And in the 3rd season episode 7  Chuck uses a model 02 to get past security.

And they have used the Model 01/01+ and the Model 02 a number of times in the Stargate and Stagate Atlantas shows.

I know the OQO did feature a bit on some T.V. programs but I often wonder what would have happened if OQO did what Apple did and literally plastered it into any movie / show that they could. Huh
