Has anyone installed Fedora on an OQO?  Am I starting out into uncharted territory?

Some people have tried, however, Debian-based distros tend to be more successful.

I've never tried Fedora, but that's only because I'm biased to Mandriva. To my knowledge Fedora has a decent hardware support so it shouldn't be impossible, but as Psych787 mentioned, if you're wanting an easy install process it may be a better option to go with the "tried and tested" distributions. Of course I know how easy it is to become accustomed to one particular distro so it also depends on whether or not your happy to change (I know I wouldn't be - lol).
